The San Diego Police Department Southern Division serves the neighborhoods of Border, Egger Highlands, Nestor, Ocean Crest, Otay Mesa, Otay Mesa West, Palm City and San Ysidro. This area, which is 32 square miles in size, contains a residential population of around 92,170 people.
In addition to the general patrol areas, the SDPD Southern Division Police work in tandem with their local school system to create student safety patrols. This department organizes safety instruction days in which students are paired off with officers who are assigned to their particular school.
The kids are taught safety rules and regulations and they are given proper uniforms and equipment that they can use while working on the streets near their school. The department also uses a robot police car cartoon character called Safety Sam to instruct kids. He teaches them lessons on topics like bicycle safety, pedestrian safety, seat belts, 911, stranger danger, and more.
If you are interested in any of these programs for your children or school, please contact the Southern Division.
ARREST & BAIL BOND PROCESS
The SDPD Southern Division Police Station does not have jail or holding cells so bail cannot be posted here. Men’s Central Jail, or Las Colinas for women are the detention centers this department uses, and anyone who is arrested in this part of San Diego is transferred there.
California bail is regulated by law and the fee is 10%, no matter which bail bond business you call for information.
So what makes one company better than the other? At Greg Rynerson Bail Bonds, we believe we’re your best choice for bail bonds in the Southern San Diego area and across the entire state.
Why? Because we are a family owned and operated business that has been around since 1971, so we really know a lot about bail. We also believe that anyone who calls us deserves the professional and confidential service they should expect, but often don’t get.
No matter what time of the day or night you call, our phones are always personally answered by a licensed bail bondsman, who is ready to help you. If you can’t find a loved one in jail, we will do so for you.
Please contact Greg Rynerson Bail Bonds at 619-224-5669 or 888-224-5266, (888) BAIL BOND.
When someone you know has been arrested here, you may experience the additional stress of feeling that you will be unable to afford bail for them.
Thankfully, at Greg Rynerson Bail Bonds, we only charge one cost-of-service-fee that's just ten percent of the total bail amount.
So whatever your financial situation is, one of our experienced bondsmen can almost always work out a payment plan for you. Ask us any questions you have about bail – we’ll answer all of them free of charge. We never charge for a consultation, either.
