Every year, more than 2 million tourists travel to the Morongo Basin. While there, many travel to visit Morongo Casino or the Joshua Tree National Park which is famous the world over.

If someone you care about has been arrested in the Morongo Basin area, Greg Rynerson Bail Bonds can help you.

We talk to people every day who find themselves in "hot water" with the law.  We have nearly 40 years helping those with their bail needs in the San Bernardino County area and understand the jail systems in the County.

Many of our clients are surpised to find that the bail process can be handled quickly and efficiently by email or fax. You don't have to leave home if you don't want to.

Within minutes we'll let you know if you qualify for the bond; then, we'll have an agent dispatched to the jail for the fastest release possible.

Call for immediate bail assistance if someone has been arrested by the Morongo Sheriff's Department at 888-BAIL-BOND (1-888-224-5266) or 909-939-4244.

The Morongo Basin Station is the third largest Sheriff's station in area and number of calls for law enforcement services within San Bernardino County.

The station's area of responsibility are the incorporated communities of Twenty-nine Palms and the Town of Yucca Valley, as well as the unincorporated communities of Morongo Valley, Landers, Johnson Valley, Joshua Tree, Wonder Valley, Pioneertown, Amboy, Cadiz and Flamingo Heights.

The station is part of the county's Law and Justice Complex located in Joshua Tree.

When someone is arrested in the Morongo area, they will be transfered to the Morongo Basin Station which houses three courtrooms and a "Type I" jail. This facility is a temporary holding facility capable of housing 79 inmates. While there, they will be booked and processed and await their arraignment.

If they are not bailed out from this smaller facility, some inmates will be transported to the much larger West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.

If the defendant is not bailed out from jail, he or she will generally remain in custody until the matter has been resolved in court. We can post a bond at either one of these facilities, 24 hours a day.

You should understand your responsibilities when posting a bail bond for somebody.

Should you choose to sign a bail bond on behalf of another individual, you should know that if the defendant does not appear in court on their scheduled court date, you may be required to pay the full amount of the bail.

A bail bond in Morongo will typically cost 10%, which is mandated by California law. This is a non-refundable percentage of the total amount of the bail. As an example, if the bail amount is set at $15,000, your portion would cost $1,500.

For payment of the bond, we always accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In many cases, we can offer no collateral bail bonds.

Over the years, we have worked with many people in the San Bernardino County area  providing for their bail needs. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and expertise in the industry. We're proud members of the Better Business Bureau and thank the many clients who have provided their testimonials on our website. See for yourself why choosing the right bail company can make such a difference.
