    WHEN YOU NEED BAIL

888 Bail Bonds offers around-the-clock assistance to people who need bail bonds in Buena Park and other cities throughout Orange County.

When somebody you care about has been arrested, our licensed and experienced bondsmen truly understand how important it is have your friend or loved one returned home where they can be surrounded by friends and family and have the opportunity to continue maintaining their daily routine.

We make sure that any client of ours who has been incarcerated by the Buena Park Police Department or the Orange County Jail is bailed out, as fast as possible.

Buena Park, which became a city in 1953, is well known by its nickname, the “Center of the Southland.”  It is 10.29 square miles in size and has a diverse community of 80,600.  Buena Park offers great residential areas, many recreational and cultural facilities and a stable economic climate.

Buena Park’s E-Zone (or ‘Entertainment Zone’) attracts tourists from all over the world.

Some of the main attractions here are: Knott’s Berry Farm Amusement Park, Knott’s Soak City USA, Movieland Wax Museum, Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and the Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament. It also has one of the finest 18-hole golf courses in Southern California – the Los Coyotes Country Club.

Like many of its fellow OC law enforcement agencies, the Buena Park Police Department adheres to the philosophy of Community Policing.  Their personnel are dedicated to spending time identifying and finding solutions to problems in their community by working in tandem with the locals.

In an effort to expand on this philosophy, a trio of Patrol Lieutenants, officially called Watch Commanders, has been assigned three areas of the city to coordinate the delivery of Community Policing and Problem-Solving services.

The department has 93 sworn officers, 50 civilians, 10 reservists and 35 part time employees who work there.  They also have a variety of unique, crime-busting teams at their disposal, such as: The Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), Neighborhood Improvement Task Force (NITF), Problem Oriented Policing (POP) team, plus mini-teams of patrol officers. They are the home of a Community Police Academy (CPA), too.

The Buena Park Department has a Professional Standards Unit, more commonly known as ‘Internal Affairs’.  It is staffed by one sergeant who reports to the Support Services Division Commander.

Its Crimes Persons Unit, which consists of seven detectives assigned to the Robbery-Homicide, Sex Crimes, Family Violence and Missing Persons, investigates crimes committed against individuals. The Vice and Narcotics Unit is comprised of a sergeant, four investigators, and a records clerk.

Members of this unit often conceal their identity in order to infiltrate the criminal element. The BPD also has three Forensic Specialists that serve in the Crime Scene Investigation Unit. Each is highly trained in the collection and identification of physical evidence linked to crimes.
