Bondsman for Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Westminster, Fountain Valley and Beyond
If you need an Orange County bail bond for a loved one or friend in the beach communities, we can help. Since 1971, our family has helped thousands of Orange County residents make bail. We are confident you will be satisfied with our professional service.
OC BAIL BOND PROCESS
The OC beach communities require special bond expertise. You will want a local company that understands these unique needs. It is likely, you won't need to leave your home or office to get the bail bond process done.
All you need is a telephone, computer, printer and fax. If you don’t have the necessary technology, we can send a bail bondsman to meet with you at the jail or a location of your choosing.
Most of our clients will pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MC, American Express and Discover.
A bail bondsman cannot post a bond until the completion of the booking process. However, if you call us, we can often give you a good idea about the bail amount, answer your questions about bail and provide you with the bail bond application and contract for your review.
BOOKING PROCESS
Booking is a process where the arresting agency will enter charges against a defendant who is accused of a crime. In general, the process involves fingerprinting, mug shot, background checks and similar operations. The defendant’s person items will also be removed and recorded.
In addition, defendants are typically asked a series of questions to determine their mental state and physical condition. Inmates in poor health may be transferred to the appropriate mental health or hospital facilities.
At some point, defendants should be allowed to use the phone to make telephone calls (according to the California Penal Code). Keep in mind that defendants likely will not have their cell phones, phone books, money or other items that may be necessary to make their usual calls.
ORANGE COUNTY JAILS IN THE BEACH AREAS
If you are arrested in North OC you'll typically be taken to one of the jails below.
Huntington Beach Jail
2000 Main St.
Huntington Beach, CA - 92648
Phone: 714 536-5691
The Huntington Beach Jail can house approximately 75 inmates. The facility averages approximately 6,200 bookings on an annual basis. Bail Bonds can be posted at this detention center.
The Huntington Beach jail also offers a “Pay-N Stay” program for those that have been sentenced by local Judges. The “Pay-N Stay” program allows convicted and sentenced individuals to pay $75 per day to be incarcerated with the advantage of a smaller jail environment than that of the County system.
Newport Beach Jail
870 Santa Barbara Dr.
Newport Beach , CA - 92660
Phone: 949-644-3672
Orange County Main Jail (County Jail)
550 N. Flower St.
Santa Ana, Ca - 92703
Phone: 714-647-4666
This is the main Orange County jail. Keep in mind that most inmates will ultimately get transferred here if not bailed out quickly or otherwise released. The Santa Ana county jail is a large jail system and as such takes considerable amount of time to process defendants into and out of jail. We offer additional Orange County bail bonds information specific to this facility.
GOING TO COURT
The defendant will most likely need to appear in court at some time during the legal process. Those arrested in the cities of Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Fountain Valley and surrounding communities will likely go to the West Justice Center at 8141 13th Street, Westminster, CA 92683-4593. Care should be taken to confirm the necessary court location, date and time in order to keep the bail bond in good standing.
Defendants may want to get legal council. Choosing proper legal council should be a serious consideration. Information can be obtained from the OC Public Defender. Additionally, the Orange County Bar Association may be a good resource for information.

BAIL BOND SCAMS
Unfortunately, some bail agents don’t play by the rules. Some of our clients will get a “cold call” from a bondsman who is out hustling business. Keep in mind it is illegal for a bail bondsman to “cold call” you without prior authorization from the defendant, defendant’s family, defendants attorney or other person designated directly by the defendant.
Be wary of anybody that “cold calls” you in relation to the bail process. Ask them how they got your number. We would advise you not to do business with a company that resorts to illegal tactics to get your business.
Do you really want to sign a legal document with a company that is breaking the law to get your business?
