    BAIL BOND PROCESS

Once you  have contacted a bail bonds company a bondsman will conduct a short phone consultation by collecting some basic information  from you in order to approve you for the bond.  Some information they will be looking for is what jail the person is located at, when they were arrested, their charges, as well as residential and employment information.

After the bond has been approved and the paperwork is complete the bondsman will arrange to have the bond posted at the jail as long as the arrest and booking process is complete.  Paperwork can be done by phone, fax, email, or in person.

    BAIL COST

The cost of a bail bond is a set 10% of the total bail amount.  For instance, if the bail has been set at $30,000, the cost is $3,000.  This is a fee set by the Department of Insurance and is unable to be negotiated or refunded.

888 Bail Bond understands the financial burden of such an unexpected expense.  That is why we offer creative solutions and accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.  Interest free payment plans are also available to those who qualify.  In most cases collateral is not required.
