BAIL BOND MISCONCEPTIONS
Often our clients are uncertain of the how bail bonds work. For example, many of our clients believe they are required to pledge some type of collateral and expect to need to put their house on the line. It may surprise you to know that we do most bail bonds with no collateral. A simple signature from a credible signer is all that is generally required.
Typically, our customers are not aware that most bonds can be completed by fax or e-mail. Technology simplifies the process and saves everybody a lot of time allowing us to get the defendant out of jail quickly. We are LGBT friendly bail bondsmen.
